By accessing or using any Wavy Technologies service, including Social Dash, LumaChannel, and The Divine Watcher, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Certain features — including account registration, paid features, and interactive participation — require you to be at least 18 years old. By using paid features, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Payments and Purchases

Certain features require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted
  • Purchases of virtual currency, blessings, and other in-platform items are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with our services are owned by Wavy Technologies or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. User Content

You may submit content through our services, including chat messages, votes, predictions, and other interactions. By submitting content, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services
  • Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content
  • Agree that your content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavy Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Any outstanding balances or virtual currencies are forfeited
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
